SAP HR/HCM QA Tester

 Role: SAP HR/HCM QA Tester
 Location: 44 King St W, 12th Floor, Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days onsite: Monday & Thursday)
 Duration: ASAP – Oct 31, 2025 (Strong chance of extension or conversion to full-time)
 Rate: Up to $50-58/hr (37.5 hrs/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead QA testing for HR application system changes and integrations

• Work hands-on with SAP HR/HCM and Canadian Payroll

• Manage defect tracking, regression testing, and integration with finance modules

• Prepare detailed QA documentation: test plans, cases, exit reports

• Collaborate closely with dev and HR tech teams

Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years QA testing experience
- Deep hands-on SAP HR/HCM (including PA30/PA40 and Canadian Payroll processing)
- Integration experience between Payroll & Finance
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, database handling)
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-facing skills
