Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician, Traze Support

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Traze System Support Technician at Bloomstar, a leading flower distributor! In
this role, you’ll provide essential technical support for the Traze System, assisting internal users with
troubleshooting, system data management, and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong
technical expertise, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to
have you on board.


Essential Responsibilities: 

• User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance and resolve user-reported issues
with the Traze System.
• System & Data Management: Assist users in extracting insights from system data and ensure
best practices are followed.
• Account Setup & Equipment Support: Manage user account creation, hardware configuration,
and support audio/video equipment.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while
performing additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in Information Technology, or at least 2
years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Windows 7, Mac OS X, Google Collaboration Apps, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Mac and PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile
devices (iOS, Android).
• Working knowledge of client PC connectivity, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment with regular desk duties, and involves the following:
• Prolonged sitting at a desk.
• Computer usage, requiring manual dexterity for typing and visual concentration on screens.
• Lifting loads of up to 50 pounds.
• Working at heights of up to 2 meters.
• Walking throughout the site, including navigating stairs
